A tune up is changing out the spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, rotor, fuel filter, air filter, and checking things like the clutch wear, all fluids and the belts. There's more to check/change but that's mostly on older cars. You forget about greasing the chassis that should be at every oil change tho.
